The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order placed within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, after prior communication with AIDE (by email sent to info@educachess.org), with reimbursement of the price paid for the product. The return of the product shall be carried out without penalties, so that AIDE (International Association for the Promotion of Chess) will proceed to refund the full amount of the purchase, including, where applicable, shipping costs.

AIDE offers the possibility of returning any product purchased either by courier or by delivering it to AIDE’s physical stores. In order to process the return, the product must be complete and in perfect condition. With regard to the packaging of the returned product, it is not necessary for it to be in its original condition; however, if this is not the case, the product may suffer a depreciation.

If, at the time of delivery, it is clearly and visibly observed—without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product’s own packaging—that a product has defects caused by transport damage, or if a defect in the received goods is detected in the same manner, including during the warranty period, the customer may notify AIDE (by telephone at +34 686 72 48 44 or by email sent to info@educachess.org) within a period of 24 hours. The claim must be submitted by email and include a corresponding photograph.

AIDE will be responsible for replacing the product with a new one or refunding the price paid for it. The replacement of a defective product shall be free of charge for the consumer and user. This free replacement shall include any necessary costs incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, such as shipping costs.

No donations received will be refunded, except in the event of a typing error in the amount and provided that you notify us within 48 hours. Any bank charges incurred as a result of this donation refund will be borne by the donor.
