The Educachess project, fully designed and planned, currently requires patronage and sponsorship agreements that make its full deployment possible, especially regarding the interactive multimedia platform and the solidarity school contest, and that guarantee its long-term sustainability and continuous updating.
So far, the project has been able to develop partially thanks to agreements with public institutions, the revenue from the sale of materials, and the altruistic collaboration of translators and linguistic institutions, which has made it possible to offer translated books available for free in PDF format and also to advance part of the software infrastructure.
The following sections describe various lines of collaboration that can be combined to guarantee the project’s funding. Most of them are compatible with one another and may inspire new initiatives or cooperation models adapted to each collaborating entity.
The section Chess sports presents a selection of legislative initiatives that urge governments to promote the incorporation of chess in the educational and health sectors.
Meanwhile, Educachess Suports gathers various letters of support that endorse the project as a key proposal to make this implementation possible.
At Educachess, we offer governments a feasible, pragmatic and useful proposal —practically without economic cost— to advance toward a universal implementation of educational chess.
Educachess combines original creations with the collaboration of other autonomous projects, joining efforts within an open and shared educational model.
The following PDF presents several examples of these collaborations.
